Thanks for the info. Don’t know how I missed seeing all the shots of the camera on the bike. I use a windshield on mine so setup like that won’t work. Am going to try another setup using the ram mount. Eventually I’d like to get something like the Canon HF10 for HD video’s. Really enjoy seeing what you’ve done. I think similar video’s around New England would be fun.

Sony HDR-HC3 mounted on the handlebars.
Sony HDR-HC9 on a tripod and held while riding.

This video plays fine in standard definition, but Youtube’s HD version has a glitch. This can be corrected by following these two steps:
I) Select “watch in HD”,
2) Click and hold the “progress button” and drag it to the start position, then release it.
*****if necessary, repeat step 2 ******
This seems to solve the problem.
