i’m a fan of electric vehicles, but do not buy this bike. its waaaay over priced. only 45 miles says its not worth plus i bet the top speed for this thing is like 50 mph.

How is this for commuting? When I commute to work it’s 47 miles one way. I thought commuting meant long drive…not in town lol. Good idea but please don’t mislead people by calling it a commuter bike when it can’t even travel my one way distance to work.

the gusy said “a motorcycle maybe is the same efficiency as a prius”…….efficiency is not just about fuel consumption….efficiency is about input, output and losses…..its possible that a motorcycle is the same efficiency as a prius if the motorcycle is also a hybrid or other technologies other than a regular engine……physics stuff :D

ya why do electric bikes/cars have to be so ugly.And i want to tell my bike is running,and i want to be able to shift,45m not much of a ride.I hope they keep try’in but maybe ask some people that ride what not to do.

We appreciate the feedback and read blogs like this everyday. Brammo are working really hard on all the issues you talk about. Our bikes are all designed and bult here is southern Oregon so if you are ever out our way call ahead and we will show you around and let you take a ride….check out our TTR race bike
