I have a cafe modified sportster and i’m really surprised to see the XR alway at such an high RPM range.
On my mine, on this kind of roads, I ride between 3500 and 4500 RPM and don’t need to push higher….

I own an SV1000, I know about low down power… I was just saying it would be cool if this 1200 had 150 hp and still retained its other properties, Im not saying that this bike sucks because it doesn’t have 150hp

But youre comparingf apples to orqanges tho regarding jap sportbikes as well as others. this is NOT a sportbike, this is in essence a cruiser. makes most of its usable power down low. where you do not have to wriing it out to get all it has

It sure revs free! I think it looks a bit heavy though and despite the USD’s it still bottoms out and wobbles in the tighter turns. Fun enough but I miss the old 1200 roadster.

Yes I have actually!, since 2004 Ive owned 8 motorbikes, 5 of them were brand new.and only 2 had less power than the 1 in the video. What was the point of the question?.
